Hurst Green platform dispatch cameras

I was travelling towards East grinstead and noticed that a new CCTV display has been erected on platform 1, presumably for DOO dispatch obviously the East grinstead trains have in built exterior CCTV but the Uckfield trains do not, is this the first sign that the Oxted lines will be becoming DOO in the next franchise? And have any of these screens been erected on stations on the Uckfield branch?

I think that they may be actually for the use of guards, at least at the present time.
