Isn't just you; I have tried a few pages at random and am getting the same. This is both on my phone and laptop.

The website seems to work fine for me. I'm using my phone (Samsung Galaxy S24 FE) on my work Wi-Fi connection, as context in case it's a problem with a specific platform, such as the desktop website.

On both my phone and laptop, so using the mobile and desktop versions of the site, I can get on the main page and then one of the submenu pages such as 'Travel Information' or 'Destinations'. However, if I go to any level further than that, such as 'Timetables' or 'London' respectively, then the 404 error message appears.

I've sent them a message on one of the 'Contact Us' sections which didn't result in an error code. Just been acknowledged so far.

I see the website is now showing:

Web issues but tickets still bookable
We are experiencing issues on some pages of our website. Tickets are still bookable. We are working to resolve the issue with our team. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I got a fairly quick response to my message more or less saying the same thing.

If you think this is bad, the Greater Anglia website was giving a bad SSL certificate on the careers page recently. I hope one of their listings will be for IT!
