Hull Trains via Goole, NT via Selby?

Does anybody know why, on Sunday 3rd Feb, Hull Trains services are running via Goole (and calling there), yet Northern services between Hull and Doncaster are diverted via Selby? This seems to make little sense!

NRE only shows alterations for Northern due to engineering work between Brough/Goole and Doncaster, but can see what you mean. Wonder if there is some sort of simplified bi-directional working that only HT are using?
