If you clicked 'About' on the top panel on the website, you would find this:

They are run by 'mySociety' who also run such popular websites as They Work For You, Fix My Street and What Do They Know.
Effectively it is a database of all the property owners of pieces of transport infrastructure. Once the user has specified the location it sends an email to the organisation responsible telling them that they need to fix it. The organisation then has the right to reply and the person who reported it, as well as others, can add comments and mark it when it's been fixed.

Handy for reporting vandalised/damaged/blown down bus shelters and missing timetables I suppose.

Thank you for your help. I saw this as a link on a completely different website to this and my AV said to beware of using this site

That was more then likely the site that you saw the link on rather then the link itself especially if it was a forum as such.

Yes, you are correct. It was the site that I saw it on...not the actual link...that was the problem. My AV has no problem with the link.
