On 28 July, there's engineering work "between Finsbury Park and New Barnet and between Stevenage and Peterborough".
The 0846 HT Hull-London is passing through Howden non-stop, which is unusual. There's a 0840 Northern service from Hull-Sheffield and a 0854 Northern service from Hull-York. So if HT want to call at Howden, and slow the service up by 4-5 minutes, they'd need to leave before the Sheffield service. And they'd rather not make the journey 10 minutes longer for Hull and Brough customers (or doing so would cause conflicts south of Doncaster). So it's easier to put Howden customers on a bus to Selby.
Would that be right?
