I was on the summer Saturday GWR HST service from Pembroke Dock to Paddington yesterday. As we approached Saundersfoot at about 10.45. the train manager announced that passengers leaving the train must use the rear 4 carriages but the train did not stop at all despite 20 people being on the platform waiting for the train.
Does anyone know why this happened other than the driver forgot to stop and in which case what would be the consequences for him if he did forget. The train manager clearly thought we were stopping
