HST at Salisbury and Eastleigh

There may be something on this but can someone tell me why a HST has been seen at Eastleigh and Salisbury in the last few days??

2 occurrences in recent times. 1 when Pompey and Bristol City Played. 2nd when Swansea and Pompey played.

Last one was not that long ago, cant tell you the date as I cant remember and was RA to Bath for Crew purposes then RA to Port Talbot.

Was a 2+7 set.
