Does anyone know why FGW are calling 1C32 2145 London Paddington to Exeter St Davids at Parson Street? It's very unusual to see a HST calling at Parson Street, is for me anyway. This seems to be scheduled for this Monday through to Thursday only.

There also seems to be some replacement bus services advertised between Parson Street and Bristol TM at the moment during the late night. Does anyone know the reason for this?
