Whilst there may be lots of issues, if HS2 at Old Oak Common was linked to Elizabeth line and compatible train sets used. Could some HS2 trains run through to far end of Elizabeth line with enlarged station there?

An excellent idea. It would save the cost of rebuilding Euston. Will there be a DfT announcement before noon today?

As an alternative they can run along the GWML, then connect to the Hammersmith and City Line at Paddington to run to an extended Euston Square
