How would you improve Snow Hill and Moor Street?

If you were in charge of improving Snow Hill and Moor Street stations how would you do it, in addition to the current plans? What services would you divert to Moor Street or Snow Hill? What additional infrastructure would you add to relieve congestion off New Street?

Given unlimited funds (and no TOC boundaries, etc.):--
1. New "overtaking loops" to allow fast services to Henley in Arden / Stratford, and Stourbridge / Kidderminster / Worcester / Hereford.
2. Electrify everything.....
3. New connection to Camp Hill, with selective station reopening. Run electric service to Droitwich Spa, Worcester & Cheltenham / Gloucester.

Transfer displaced, newish dmus to other locations to increase train lengths until those lines can also be electrified.
