Did GNER ever actually run services using 90s? I've seen pictures of one in GNER livery (minus logos) but at Liverpool Street with a 'one' train...

Yes they have used 90s in the past on the MK4 sets. 90024 was one example.

You may have seen a GNER but as far as I know the 90s have not operated on the ECML under NXEC.

On the front was 82 215, on the back 91 126. I remember it because the 82 seemed 'different' - I don't see them often in GLC, and because it gave me a tone.

The DVTs look very similar to the 90s and 91s, but there are differences if you compare them.

well this one had a slightly different angled bonnet to the Windows, and a few other things I can't really think of.
