Can anyone teach how to make a EXE.file?

Yes there are lots of ways. But really its more helpful to know what you want to do with your EXE file firstly.

Try ClickTeam's site. They have free program to make .exe files with a wizard.

he means that coding .exe files is hard and takes a very long time to learn!

I have several years, did you know that this site actually has an .exe port which runs as a webserver on my localhost for testing? Beats running Apache.
