I was delayed today by SouthEastern, and am eligible for delay repay. My tickets are split across London, but I believe I am entitled to compensation for the entire journey (please correct me if I'm wrong). The SouthEastern online claim form doesn't appear to be capable of accepting multiple tickets; does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

I get a piece of A4 paper write the planned itinerary with the actual timings alongside. Then I attach the tickets to the paper and take a photo of it and upload it as part of my claim. I just use one of the ticket numbers on the online claim form. For the price just add all the ticket prices together and use this.

For me this has never failed.

I’m currently in dispute with Northern. Details are in a separate thread but the tickets involved were the return portion of a day return followed by an advance single. Under ticket type I selected single and gave the cost as half the price of the return plus the advance, and uploaded copies of both tickets. They rejected my claim, I emailed them directly appealing and repeating all the details. To date they haven’t replied.

Thanks all - I'll see what happens

UPDATE: within an hour of submitting the claim, I've had an email saying it's been approved. No questions asked, nothing! Very, very impressive; given the speed of the claim, I suspect it must have been automated, which makes it even more remarkable that it's been accepted!

I chose bank transfer as the payment method, because my experience with vouchers hasn't been very good. (The replacement voucher GWR sent me, since the first one didn't work, also doesn't work, and has exactly the same problem! I'm yet to hear back from them.)

The delay was fairly straightforward, so an automated approval of the delay does not surprise me - although many here have had bad experiences. Bank transfer or cheque are best. It's the excess fare that is more complex
