Interesting that you bring Northern up actually. Isn't there a push up there to have trains under the "Bee" branding with that 323 in yellow? How will things like that now work?
Presumably exactly the same as when trains previously carried the Merseytravel, GMPTE, Tyne and Wear, Metro etc liveries (and in some cases still do). They're mostly used on services relating to that area but there's a fair bit of cross pollination by the nature of the operation (e.g. a Chat Moss or CLC stopper is both a Merseytravel and a Bee service).
