They certainly seem to be taking a while to actually send out their complimentary tickets! I was promised one nearly a month ago, but I'm still waiting.

I was delayed on 31 Jan (basic Advance ticket claim which I assume the automated system could deal with) and received my complimentary ticket 1 week ago on 9 Feb
