how long is to long ?

on the 10th of this month i had an assessment day at solor house for the job of trainee conductor

i got all through the tests, passed them, did the persant test, even did the role play spent about 6 hours there in total doing tests etc

i was then told congratulations for getting through the day etc and i was one of the last 4 people (and the only one from norwich)

and she said i would here back by friday - well its now been nearly 3 weeks and ive still not got a letter ? does that mean i can wave goodbye to this oppurtunitiy or is it as said

no news is good news ?

I always take the view that no news is good news.

From application day to job offer day, it took 9 months with LU.

Same here, I applied in May, assessment was in July with the interview expected within a month, the interview actually took place in November.

I applied for a job in April and was made an offer in July. I've heard that in some cases the process can be somewhat interminable however.
