I have had 2 claims recently with TfW. The first claim was approved the following day day.and the second claim was approved within minutes of submitting it.

However I have submitted a claim last weekend and have still not heard back and received an email saying it has been sent between member for review. Is this anything to worry about?

I am confused because these are all simple point to point one train journeys.

Normally TfW are very good at approving claims, i.e. making sure that the train was legitimately delayed, which is what you have seen.

The actual process of payment tends to take a good couple of working weeks, particularly with such a high volume of claims being dealt with almost every day.

I had a claim for a 60 plus minutes delay which they promised to respond to in 10 working days. In fact they took 28 working days to approve it and the money is still not in my bank account.
