How long are Northern taking to process dealy repay claims?

How long are Northern taking to process dealy repay claims? I submitted a claim on 15 October and have not heard back. I was using a complimentary ticket so perhaps it requires manual approval rather then automated.

I had three approved yesterday.
Two had been submitted on 7 October and the other 20 October.
You may need to wait a little while longer.

Thank you. So 7 October to 23 October is 16 days. I suspect your one from 20 October only taking 3 days was because you had 2 others in the que.

So 16 days for me from 15 October takes us to 31 October. Yes I need to wait a while longer.

How long does an appeal usually take?

It's about the same length of time as their current delay replay processing for Northern in my experience.
