How do you get into the crotrains website? I've been trying to get into it for over a year now, but you can't get in! dows anyone know how to get in? (MODS, if this is in the wrong place, please move it to the correct place)

That website was quite busy, I do remember when I was new to BVE. I went there and look for information. I went in now and saw this.
In the picture:
"O.K. It took almost a year ... (a year?)
