Just that really. I just got delayed +15 on a Gatwick to VIC service having used by debit card as contactless payment. Not an Oystercard or registered in Oyster so how can I obtain the 'print out' of the journey that Southern demand for the claim?

First register the card in your Oyster account. Journey history will populate retrospectively.

If this 'just' happened then you don't need to register. Head to https://contactless.tfl.gov.uk/ and pop open the 'contactless' thing on the right, you'll see a link for '7 day journey and payment history'. That should cover you.

If you do go on to register the card, you'll find the last 13 *months* of data waiting for you.
