how do i change my profile picture as it wont work

ive tried and tried, re sizing and changine to other photos but it just wont do it for me, im only changing my profile photo to the same photo but lighter so you can see the trains a bit better :roll:

what ever size the dash board told me to do, i think it said a max/min size so i did that and it still wouldnt work

My User CP says 19.5kB

If you are changing your avatar (the picture that shows alongside every post) then it is 19.5kb.

If you are changing your profile picture (the picture that is shown on your profile page only) then it is 64kb.

Try changing to a different image format. It may have to be .jpeg instead of .jpg or even try .png.

all sorted now for some reason!? i just uploaded the pic like before and it worked this time even tho it never worked about 6 times before :roll:
