how 2 become a train driver CD rom

Hi,
I was thinking of buying this as it's only about £12 . Has anyone used it and more importantly is it any good.

It's alright.. I mean the information was okay I guess, but it was just a CD full of .pdf's... it's not like a program, just a data CD.

I bought it (in fact I still have it stowed away somewhere) and at first I thought it was value for money. But having been directed towards this site;

I found this site has all you need to get you started in the application game, has more valuable information, and is free. The only thing this site doesn't have is practice tests needed for your assessment (should you get that far) that the cd has. But there are plenty of other ways, of getting those. PM me for more details.

So in short, no don't buy it. All the best!

I bought it, but to be honest didnt need it. The "becoming a train driver" sticky thread was what got me through. There also used to be a computer based Group Bourdon test program you could download at one point to practise on, but I cant remember for the life of me where I got it from :roll:
