Why am I watching this garbage on Channel 4

The woman in charge of The Spa has got a face "that does not move" and lips that look like no stranger to collagen - makes Lesley Ash look thin lipped !!

Whats happened to Kirsty Allsop is she pregnant - she certainly seems to be carrying a bit of beef

I far prefer the Hotel California.

Although whilst you can check out anytime you like, you may experience some difficulty leaving.

It's reports like these that make me glad that I never turn my TV on...

I see you finally got a proper taste in music after years of listening to Genesis :P Seriously though, that post has made my day in a really indescribable way - good to see there's other Eagles (or even HC) listeners on here...

It's worth noting that this is the poor woman that had sulphuric acid thrown in her face, an act organised by an ex boyfriend for which the perpetrators are currently serving life sentences.

Mainly Peter Gabriel (particularly solo as well) although the Collins era definately had some highlights.

With one of their early albums they predicted future Government Policy ....was it not ...

"Selling England by the Pound " ?????

Nowt wrong with a bit of Genesis lad :p

Indeed, they account for >1% of music on my iPod (the Eagles account for 20%!). I always had them down as a poor man's Pink Floyd... *Hides*

Pre or post Peter Gabriel ?

Pre- certainly, after Gabriel they went down hill very fast, to the point where they churned out unrecognisable noise (see Abacab). We Can't Dance wasn't too bad I suppose...

Sorry for the music hijack, I'll leave you all to discuss Kirstie Allsopp now!

To borrow a phrase from Peter Gabriel - they should take a "Sledgehammer" to this Hotel GB - David Guest has just arrived :(

Their Eponymous album from (I think) 1980 was their best album after the departure of Steve Hacket. I quite fancy doing "Mama" for kareoke one day.
