im looking to buy a hornby elite unit and im wondering if it comes with track leadsand a usb lead?

It might be a good idea to forget the Hornby Elite and go for a better DCC system.

By the way, for answers to DCC and other railway modelling questions, I can recommend RMweb, the UK's leading railway modelling forum.
