Does anyone know any more details (or can confirm those below) about the Hope cement works loco ?

Built by Hunslet Barclay 1989 (or 1990 ? )
B-B
Diesel Hydraulic
750hp
One of only two built ? (If so, where is the other one ?)

What type of engine has it got ? What is it's max speed etc ?
