Hook Landslip, Pewsey travel options

Following the landslip in Hook, it says on the NRE site that Customers are currently advised against all but essential travel on services which would usually pass through the area. This includes services between London and Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Southampton, Weymouth, Salisbury, and Exeter.
That does mean that mean that trains are not running at all, or that some trains are running ?
I have an urgent appointment in London and must travel from Salisbury. Another option would be to drive to Pewsey and catch a train from there, but the carpark seems fairly small. I wonder if anyone would know if I would have a chance to get a space after 8am ?

Trains are running from Salisbury to Basingstoke, where you can change either for the emergency service to Waterloo or go up to Reading and use trains from there.

By Monday morning they may have completed the emergency engineering works, in which case there will be through trains from Salisbury to Waterloo. However do leave lots of extra time whichever route you run as there is a high chance of delays.

AFAICS the scary advice on NRE is about today. If you scroll down you’ll see something more relevant about tomorrow. You don’t say what day you need to travel, but Salisbury to Waterloo should be running tomorrow.

On the BBC news at 5.30 there seemed to be some doubt as to whether the work would be complete tomorrow. I would plan on changing at Basingstoke and Reading for Paddington. The times for tomorrow are part-uploaded and show Salisbury line trains terminating at Basingstoke anyway; l
