MTRC is now operating for ( not including hong kong railways ) :

London Overground, Britain
Stockholm Metro, Sweden
Melbourne Metro, Australia
Beijing Metro Line 4, China
Shenzhen Metro Line 4, China

Well at the moment they are still around. They are formally given the boot in December so 2010 will be the first full year of MTR/MTM operations in Melbourne.
