Hi, does anyone know why the majority of the holyhead to cardiff trians are terminating at hereford and starting back to holyhead from there?

Only the relief lines are open between Newport and Cardiff, and only 2 out of 4 platforms open at the former of those. As a result there isn't enough capacity to run the full timetable, so the Holyheads have been turning around at Hereford, and the Manchester's have been making extra stops at Pontypool in their place.
