I think the 08.07 ex-Holyhead and the 18.19 ex-Cardiff Central might be the LHCS, given that both are showing as running via Crewe on National Rail Enquiries.

EDIT- Or what he said! :)

Confirmed -- today's WAG northbound was at least 6 coaches long and had 57s top and tailing.
