I was wondering if there were any tours with the locomotive that was used in the Harry Potter films as the Hogwarts Express, which is actually GWR 4900 Class 5792 Olton Hall. It's in the National Railway Museum in York, but does it do any running as the Hogwarts Express (i.e. with the Hogwatrs Express headboard)?
I think that it would be good to do a run from Kings Cross station (preferrably from platform 9 or 10 with the sign and part trolley on the wall) and over Glenfinnan viaduct, to recreate the Hogwarts Express journey (with headboard). Would this be feasible? (I'm sure it will sell - it appeals to Harry Potter fans as well as rail enthusiasts as well as those who simply wish to take in the scenery).
