WTF has happened to Hitchin peak services to London! Fewer services, pretty much no direct ones and longer journey times!
What can I do?

Stevenage also sees fewer trains, with fewer carriages and fewer seats in the peak. Slower too.

Two words - Thameslink Programme.

Lobby the local MP to reverse the timetable change and have less through running into the Thameslink network.
