Can anyone please advise if it is possible to obtain a train timetable from 1983? Specifically I’m looking to find out when past the hour trains would have left Stirling and arrived at Glasgow Queen St?

If you want to buy one, try ebay and enter "British Railway Timetables" in the search box. Usually a good selection on offer, some at reasonable prices - and usually a few that are unreasonably expensive.
