Hints and tips for MOM's Job

Hi folks new to the forum and I need some help.
Basically I have got an interview on Thursday for a MOM's job and could do with some help off anyone who is currently a MOM or has been through an interview for the role.
Anything would help, what questions am I likely to get asked?

We have had a number of issues with members trying to set up duplicate accounts in this forum.
