Highbridge - London terminals off peak day return

Just bought a £33 Highbridge - London terminals off peak day return. No word on restrictions from the ticket office but the route is listed Warminster/Salisbury. Can anyone advise if it is valid on the 07.13 from Highbridge which I think ends up arriving in London Paddington before 10.00 (which has to be avoided for an off peak) but doesn't travel via either Warminster or Salisbury and I certainly don't want to be in Paddington at any time! If I change at Bristol TM get to Waterloo at just after 11.00. Which condition applies I wonder? Thanks in advance for any help.

Restriction Q9.

I think strictly by the wording of the restriction, you are not allowed to take the 0713. You are however permitted to take the 0729 and change at Bristol/Bath. In reality I suspect that if you explain to the guard (before boarding preferrably as the train starts there) the situation, you may well be allowed to travel to Bristol/Bath on the 0713.

The restriction for the ticket suggest that it will not be valid on the Paddington train because it arrives in London before 10:00. This applies regardless of you travelling to London on that train.

By any train scheduled to arrive London Terminals at or after 1000.
