For later today (2nd Dec) i intend to buy a YP Rai to Z1-6 travelcard when i check the price online i can see that after 10am the price of the travelcard is £11.90 however before 10am the price is £12 am i able to buy the very slightly more expensive ticket and leave Rainham before 10am.
Secondly are ''regular'' tickets being accepted for travel on Highspeed services during the disruption, i asked a southeastern guard if they was and he replied ''Some people have tried to but if they dont pay the upgrade when they finish their journey then they get a penalty fare'' on the southeastern website their is no mention of buying the upgrade it just says tickets are being accepted.
