High Speed 1 restrictions

I think I already know the answer but I would a second opinion, if a passenger wanted to get a Any Permitted Gordon Hill to Ramsgate ticket and they wanted to use the HS1 service, could they use the ticket?

I've already checked the SouthEastern website but I would like to be 100% on this.

Yes.
I used an "any permitted" Potters Bar to Folkestone ticket on HS1.
The alternative (marginally lower) fare also available if you only want to go via Victoria/CX etc is routed "not HS1"

The simplest way I can think of saying this is: If London to XYZ is permitted via HS1 according to the Routeing Guide, then a ticket from ABC to XYZ route +Any Permitted is valid via HS1. (If it is not routed +Any Permitted, then further research would be required; the Routeing Guide would need to be consulted).
