Heritage convoy @ Eastleigh, 18/09/14.

Recently passed through Eastleigh this afternoon and sat on the backroad behind the station was a rather nice combo of two heritage DMUs - a three car and a 'Bubble' - with a green Crompton on the front. The units looked rather faded and tatty but obviously fit enough to make their journey by rail. Any thoughts on where it was headed?

That would be the Swanage Railways DMU fleet going to Arlington Fleet Services for their overhauling and preparatory mainline equipment fitting for the Swanage - Wareham services next year.
