Is there any website that has online competency based practice questions & answers for trainee train driver roles... Like having to grade answers between 1-4?? :roll:

Not sure what you mean? :?

If you mean Q&A for the criteria based interview (or whatever it's called now) then no. The answers you give are from your own experiences so there is no practice material that could be given.

Or do you mean Q&A for the other assessments? If you are accepted to complete the assessments then the TOC will send out practice material which gives you a rough idea of what you need to do with the dials tests/group bourdon etc etc.
