Helpful tips for Greater Anglia interview

Hello, on 27th November I have an upcoming interview to attend for the role of Welcome Host with Greater Anglia and would like some helpful interview tips on what are the most likely questions I could be asked in the interview such as, Give me a time where you delivered excellent customer service or There is a part suspension leading to all trains at this certain station being cancelled and a large crowd of angry passengers are on the platform heavily complaining, what do I do?

Because I am preparing my answers for a lot of questions that will almost definitely be included and if I am asked one that I don’t know what to say to, then it could massively impact the chances of me getting accepted for this job.
