Help Stuctured interview with Greater Anglia

Hi everyone, I'm new to this and just wanted some help and advice, I attended an assessment last year with greater Anglia and passed the assessment but unfortunately failed the structured interview, lucky enough I applied recently and been invited in couple weeks again for an assessment, I'm pretty confident about the assessment but I'm dreading the structured interview and was wondering if anyone can help me or advice me in anyway which would help thanks

Is it the Psychometric Structured Interview or the Managers Interview?
Which position and depot?

Just be honest!!

It's very competency based so its lots of "can you think of a time when?" That kind of stuff!!

You should get some examples through the post so read through and rack your brains for experiences you've had! Like I say be honest as they are trained to spot a lie a mile off!!

Seriously though mate just relax and keep calm and you'll be perfectly fine!

I've got the psychometric/structured interview and it's for a depot driver don't know which depot yet, have you applied? Thanks for the advice Glenn25

The most important thing to remember -

If you get asked the same question twice, they aren't trying to catch you out, they are telling you that your first answer hasn't provided adequate evidence of the required competence. Stop, think, come up with a better example!

I have received the practice materials and have been practicing, it’s just the question in the material and on the day are totally different, maybe if I knew the sort of question I could be more prepared
