Help Regarding East Kent

Hello everybody.

On March 20th, I will be in London and have decided to visit the East Kent Light Railway for one of it's EMU days.

Every time I try to check train times to Shepherdswell it's coming up as a replacement bus service yet there is no mention of any engineering works on that date.

Also, I seem to recall being put off from visiting the EKLR last year due to the dreaded bus in the same location. What the hell are Network Rail doing with the Faversham - Dover line ?

Looks like you're just unlucky. Trains are running on 13th and 27th but it's buses on the 20th. It's just within the 12 weeks for engineering work, so I guess NR have taken posession of the line but SE haven't got round to creating their own information, at least not online. They've only got upto Feb 6th.

Ah cheers for that ! I wasn't aware of the timescales behind the scenes
