Help please with railway plaque

Hi all,
Would be grateful for any information regarding this railway plaque,I know they represent the restoration at Baker Street station but what does the crest represent?.

Interesting. It's definitely not the Metropolitan Railway crest as found by Google Images! The bit at the bottom looks very much like Brunel's Thames Tunnel, which isn't really associated with Baker Street at all.

Thanks for your reply & just googled thames tunnel and metropolitan line did travel through it but as you said can not see the connection.
