Help please on meols cop train

Hi. My sister is heading down with my niece for her first ever trip to London today and is at Meols Cop station awaiting the 9.10 to Wigan. The train info board is not showing the train at all even though national rail says it exists and that is the time train we have booked the ticket for.

She is a bit nervous about the trip and making the change at Wigan. Anybody know why it would not be showing on the board at Meols Cop?

It did thank you. Northern CS said they will check the error on the board as there were a few confused passengers.
