Alot of them have there own uninstall.Have had this problem before and just deleted the lot and started afresh.Remember to save files you want keeping for a later date.

Or you could use add/remove for some

Will doing that work for these add-ons? Add ons needed to be uninstalled:
MSTS Met Loco No.12 Sarah Siddons
MSTS GWR CONCERTINAS Coaches

Could you not just delete them from your MSTS folder?
