A few years ago, there was a forum post (RMWeb) or an article in the Railway Modeller (can't remember which) in which a person spoke of a software that could turn a photo into something looking like artwork. Does anyone happen to remember the name of said software? Thanks.

If you enter, photo into painting, in a search engine, it should bring up quite a few apps that do this. I know l had photo printing software that could transfer photos into artwork, cartoons etc.
