Help I.D. a working through Mortlake...

Hello all,
I've seen an engineering train - sometimes ballast (or empties usually) in low side wagons, sometimes lengths of CWR- passing through Mortlake, up direction (i.e. towards Barnes) at bang on 11.15 on weekdays recently. I couldn't say it runs every weekday but have seen it only on weekdays. Always been a COLAS class 70 at the head. Anyone know what the working is and if it's every weekday?

It seems to be a booked daily working on weekdays, and the real headcode is 6Y48 (rather than the scrambled version in the data feed).

Great stuff 43096, many thanks. I'd wondered about the Eastleigh-Hoo possibility but wasn't sure it'd be routed this way. Thanks again...right, 10.38 now..now where's that camera?...

In case anyone's interested, today it was 70810 a couple of minutes early passing Mortlake with just 7 DB/EWS liveried ballast wagons, only some full.
