Help finding a train book

A couple of months ago, I saw a train book in a garden centre which had pages you remove to make paper/cardboard model trains.

I went back yesterday to buy it, but alas it was no longer there!

I've tried googling, but had no success.

Has anyone any idea what the book might be called?

Could be The First Sticker Book - Trains, "A delightful, interactive book on a subject that young children love. With over 150 stickers which can be used to complete scenes featuring freight trains, monorails, steam trains and underground trains".

A couple more suggestions, which I haven't actually seen but I'm going on my own bookselling knowledge as to likely publishers. Both of these were published by Usborne Children's Books in 2013, and you can get a brief description of each on Amazon's website.

'See Inside Trains' is one, the other being 'Usborne Big Book of Big Trains'.

Was it to make a 'Flying Scotsman'? My sprog had one of those 10-or-so years ago but I have no idea what it was called.

Ask the garden centre to list train-realted children's books they have sticked in the past few months?

No, it wasn't 'See Inside Trains' or 'Usborne Big Book of Big Trains'.

It may have included The Flying Scotsman, but it had several locos/trains.

It's a Wyevale garden centre. I asked one of the members of staff, but he said an independent company provides the books.

Once the Christmas books have been removed, they may bring the train book back. I'll pop back to have a look in due course. My son's birthday is in March, so plenty of time!

The bookstore The Works has concessions in a number of Wyevale garden centres. I had a dig around their website, but there's no sign of a book matching your description. (They started fulfilling web orders from their stores about five years ago, and now turn over stock much quicker.)

It may be worth asking the concession, or another Works store (if they were the concession), if they recall the title. If they do, they should be able to use their back-office system to check for stock in nearby stores.
