Hello,

I am around 6'3" - 6'4" and seen some TOCs have a height restriction. Apart from slouching when I get measured, is this actually anything to worry about?!

6'6" is the tallest unless a risk assessment is done, it is the BMI that is more crucial and the height is down to cab ergonomics btw.

I should be fine then. I did know about the cab size being a restrictor. Can't have me being 8foot hanging my head out the window ;)

I am 6ft5" and never really thought about height being a problem. I was always worried about my gut. I am now doubly worried ;)

Whilst on about BMI, it was on the radio the other night that it looks like BMI, in general within the health industry, is going to be dropped because it isnt accurate. For instance, a rugby player could be extremely fit yet his BMI suggests he is dangerously obese.

I'm very much into my gym and fairly good shape. Ive got around 12% bodyfat as an estimate and I'm 3-4points over the top end of what I should be.

its for a typically average person, which I dont think exists really, not often anyway!
