Heavy Haul Shunt Driver

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post on the forum and was hoping you guys could help, I have recently been invited to attend assessment days in August & September for the position of Heavy Haul Shunt Driver, are there any pointers you could give me as to what to expect and what kind of preparation I would be best doing? As I have seen quite a few training packages you can buy for pyschometric testing etc and also believe there will be some reaction, maths and memory based tasks?

Personally, I wouldn't buy the practice materials. You can practice perfectly fine with the material sent by your company. Use the search box on these forums to search for the name of each test and you'll find plenty of advice.
