Hi

Please can anyone give me any tips on how to get an advance ticket on the below trains

Saturday 9th March

Heaton Chapel d 0824 Manchester Pic a 0836
Manchester Pic d 0847 Wigan NW a 0919
Wigan NW d 0938 Carlisle a 1059
Carlisle d 1112 Dumfries a 1149

I'm planning to meet someone on the Wigan-Carlisle train, but the journey planners I've tried keep trying to put me a train at 0925 from Wigan, even when I've asked for an extended change time

Thanks for any help anyone can give

I can get that itinerary to come up, with a through Advance at a price of £19.00 (route Virgin Trains & Connections), on TrainsCanBeCheaper.info. Simply use the Advanced options to select maximum changes 3, and 'must change at' Manchester Piccadilly, Wigan North Western, and Carlisle. It's the default result then.
